Integrative Ketamine Therapy- A screening and prescription service to work with your current therapist. There are a few ways we work with clients that already see a KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) trained therapist who will see them for preparation, medicine, and integration sessions.
1. Screening for Safety and Prescription of Ketamine oral lozenges sufficient for up to 6-medicine sessions.
This is a one time 1-hour intake appointment to establish care with Dr. Courtney King, and to screen for any potential medication interactions, family history, and or physical or mental health concerns that may interact or interfere with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. This session includes a review of any pertinent recent medical records, in depth intake health questionnaire, discussion of appropriate dosing protocols, and calling in your prescription for Oral Ketamine lozenges or troches, which will be sent to your home.
2. Basic Functional Medicine Labs and Ketamine Wellness Package.
This package includes BOTH the 60-min Ketamine screen/intake/Prescription appointment (see above for full details) PLUS a basic functional medicine lab screening to address common underlying deficiencies that may be contributing to your mental health or wellness concerns. Includes additional 60-min follow up lab review and personalized supplement needs consultation. Basic labs ordered: CBC (anemia/infection), CRP (inflammation), CMP (glucose, protein, Ca+, liver& kidney function tests, electrolytes), Iron panel, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, TSH (basic thyroid). If your insurance does not cover blood labs, or you have a high deductible, a prepaid discounted cash pay fee for these labs can be added for $175.
3. More In-Depth Functional Medicine Labs and Ketamine Wellness Package.
This package includes BOTH the 60-min Ketamine screen/intake/Prescription appointment (see above for full details) PLUS more In-depth Functional Medicine labs to address common underlying deficiencies, any hormone imbalance or subclinical thyroid issues that may be contributing to your wellness concerns. Includes a 90-min follow up lab review and supplement consultation. Basic labs included: CBC (anemia/infection), CRP (inflammation), CMP (glucose, protein, Ca+, liver& kidney function tests, electrolytes), Iron panel, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, TSH (basic thyroid). PLUS blood hormone testing (DHEA-s, Estradiol & Progesterone (females) OR DHEA-s, Free & Total Testosterone (males)), thyroid panel (fT3, fT4, TSH), & Magnesium levels in your red blood cells. If your insurance does not cover blood labs, or you have a high deductible, a prepaid discounted cash pay fee for these labs can be added for $300.
4. Group Ketamine Sessions in Fort Collins, CO.
COMING IN 2024: Once you have had a Ketamine Screening Appointment with Dr. King, you will be eligible to attend in- person group Ketamine Healing Sessions. We will begin with General Wellness groups and hope to expand to hold groups focused on chronic pain, depression/anxiety, mom’s groups, overwhelm/burnout, perimenopause and menopause groups.
